Pandemic's Debate Rise So Does New Covid-19 Cases All Around The Country

Governor Andrew Cuomo asks New Yorkers for a break.
The request occurred while was critiquing the crowds for a video partying this past weekend in Corona, Queens.
People were together without social distancing and most not wearing masks.
Cuomo said that The States which opened as early as President Donald Trump requested are now in big trouble because of the rise of cases of the novel coronavirus.
Because of that situation, the Governor confirms that he isn’t willing to let schools reopen on early fall, as the Federal Government wants.
As a father, Mr. Cuomo said he would not feel safe if he has to send children to school without a safety plan to prevent a new outbreak.
He said that is a matter of the fact the decision had too many open roads before the start of reopening schools.
Parents need to take children to a safe school to get back to work as they used to before de pandemic, Cuomo said.
But local governments have no resources to isolated everyone in the class, even though it is essential to keep safe teachers older than 50-years old.
Albany NYS Governor's Press Conference, July 2020
The decision will be done before Fall comes.

A Third Entrepreneur in the Race for The White House

The Schultz's book
Howard Schultz has been known as a great coffee brewing business man, but he knows by himself that been a United States President is something difficult if you cannot add people whose would vote for you, the same way you must to add clients to any successful business around the globe. And he is right.
In a CNN interview he said that he would never be a presidential candidate if that means that helps to Donald Trump, a real estate billionaire, to win his second term election in November 3, 2020.
But things are getting better for the electorate that will be hungry to vote in the polls on that Super Tuesday!
For this coming electoral race, there is a huge chance that others rich guys compete as candidates looking for voters in order to get the Office.
One of them could be the news billionaire, Michael Rubens Bloomberg, who was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but made himself able for a bigger position, after his three successful terms as New York City's Mayor.
But, two of those candidates were born in The Empire State. Mr. Schultz in Brooklyn and Mr. president Donald Trump comes from a family settled in Queens, New York.
Shultz with $2,9 billion net worth stepped down as Starbucks CEO in 2018, and now he is thinking to have a new challenge and a new job as Commander in Chief at the Oval Office.
This Northern Michigan University graduate have weighed the possibility to challenge to Mr. Trump maybe using same strategy as communicator he used to make the Starbucks the greatest global coffee brewing company he have dreamed about.
Ad from Starbucks
But let’s see if that kind of dream will became true and he become a nightmare for Trump and can move the electorate to vote for another entrepreneur, after four year of a New Yorker like Mr. Trump at the Office.

From Yellen to Powell, Means Change From Dove to Hawk?

Yellen said goodbye

Janet Yellen time is over. She just left her post as the chair of the Federal Reserve Board. Her last meeting was this past January 31st.
Mrs. Yellen stepped down from the Federal Reserve on February 3, making way for her successor, Jerome Powell, who was sworn in for his four-year term, as first appointed by Donald Trump as Fed chairman.
As an economic policy maker, Janet Louise Yellen was considered as a dove but she worked like a hawk during her fourteen years in the Federal Reserve Bank, the last four as a chair.
She was the first woman leading a hundred-and-five- years old history institution, and in a "Sunday Morning" TV show interview she accepted that she was disappointed because she hasn't had a second term as a chair, like all men that preceded her.
During her term, Yellen started to rescind the monetary stimulus that she designed with her predecessor, Ben Bernanke, looking for economic recovery after the 2008 financial crisis.
As her final signature on the Board, on January 31, 2018, Mrs. Yellen stated that the Federal Open Market Committee left interest rates unchanged and keep it between 1,25%-1,50%.

Powell era Begins
Since February the fifth, time started for Jerome Hayden Powell, “Jay”, whom is not that new in the Federal Bank.
His name was easily approved by the Congress and that move led to Mr. Trump’s change of a leader without changing the monetary policy, at least not for now.
Mr. Powell ought to make smart and wise policy decisions in order to prevent overheating the economy, without threatening expansion and productivity.
His public debut as Chairman of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System is expected for markets on March 20. He received an economy with an inflation index lower than 2%, a weak dollar, but gas prices are raising, and he needs to contain the inflation, avoiding a new recession and moreover keeps Congress away from his independence. This last one item is really his more defiant job as a Fed Chairman.

Dilemma between The Spending Bill or the Dreamers

aoc.gov
Today's question in Capitol Hill is how both parties will handled the clash over the fate of Dreamers and risk to trigger a government shutdown this coming December 2017.
In a recent post, Politico knowledge that House conservatives have warned Speaker Paul Ryan to keep separated the immigrants issues and the spending bill that should be approved before December 8.
Another question would be if Democratic Leaders Rep. Nancy Pelosi of California and Sen. Chuck Schumer of New York go along with their party and keep withhold votes from the spending bill.
Therefore, immigration negotiations could be delayed into 2018 and save the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program in order to keep hope for young Dreamers.
For now, the only thing seems clear is that Ryan, Pelosi, Schumer, and Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell are discussing a short-term government-funding extension.
