Howard Schultz has been known as a great coffee brewing business man, but he knows by himself that been a United States President is something difficult if you cannot add people whose would vote for you, the same way you must to add clients to any successful business around the globe. And he is right.

In a CNN interview he said that he would never be a presidential candidate if that means that helps to Donald Trump, a real estate billionaire, to win his second term election in November 3, 2020.

But things are getting better for the electorate that will be hungry to vote in the polls on that Super Tuesday!

For this coming electoral race, there is a huge chance that others rich guys compete as candidates looking for voters in order to get the Office.

One of them could be the news billionaire, Michael Rubens Bloomberg, who was born in Boston, Massachusetts, but made himself able for a bigger position, after his three successful terms as New York City's Mayor.

But, two of those candidates were born in The Empire State. Mr. Schultz in Brooklyn and Mr. president Donald Trump comes from a family settled in Queens, New York.

Shultz with $2,9 billion net worth stepped down as Starbucks CEO in 2018, and now he is thinking to have a new challenge and a new job as Commander in Chief at the Oval Office.

This Northern Michigan University graduate have weighed the possibility to challenge to Mr. Trump maybe using same strategy as communicator he used to make the Starbucks the greatest global coffee brewing company he have dreamed about.

But let’s see if that kind of dream will became true and he become a nightmare for Trump and can move the electorate to vote for another entrepreneur, after four year of a New Yorker like Mr. Trump at the Office.

The Census Ball Is On Supreme’s Court Field

By: Marguerite Gautier Time has come to say at once for all if undocumented immigrants are part of The United States population. President Donald Trump has unleashed a big legal storm as he announces a Memorandum to change electoral districts from the next year 2021. That decision, he said will be easy for him to make just changing the weight of the population of the states to redistribute the House of Representatives seats because that change will reflect the Constitution's meaning. But no so fast, Mr. Trump the Civil Liberties Union activists and of course, the New York's General Attorney (D) Letitia James are expected to challenge that Memo before to the Justice Supreme Court. In this document, the President asked not to include the people without legal or undocumented status that live in The States. And He said that this special counting might be done by the Department of Commerce, therefore the Bureau Census will have to remove them from the Census2020 counting. This is a new obstacle that immigrants face deciding whether to complete or not the form that has to be answered before October. According to the Governor’s office, New York had shown low participation in response to the census. Some analysts had attributed that low to the initial intention from the Federal Government to ask about citizenship status that could result in the identification of undocumented residents and they could fear deportation. Trump argues that excluding foreigners without legal immigration status would better represent the nation's Political Constitution, and the Census Bureau should not count undocumented immigrants as part of the country. With that theory, he plans changes in the definition of the electoral districts for the representation of the states in the House of Representatives in Washington DC. But the demands will be based precisely on the fact that the Constitution requires counting "people" who inhabit the country. Even though the 14 Constitution's Amendment says that the representatives will be distributed among the states, according to the number of people present during the census, and does not establish what type of documents the person should hold to be considered as part of the nation. In previous lawsuits, lower courts have already established that immigrants without legal documents also count as "persons". If the president's theory wins, that Court decision will impact democratic representation in states with plenty of immigrant’s population as California, Texas, Florida, and New York. So, the next question to ask would be how does the federal administration will obtain that “census”, or what kind of records could help Trump’s aides to know who have or haven’t permission to work and live in the United States? It seems not that easy task. In 1999 the Supreme Court overturned the intention of applying Social Science methods to the Census. If the lawsuit is real, now will be the time to clear whether immigrants without documents can influence the formation of Congress as they have done so far.

The last State of the Nation's Speech from president Barack Obama wasn't as short as he promised, but it worth each single second he spent speaking in Capitol Hill. Mr. President told the millions of people on TV audience and politicians in the ground that he is optimistic. He says that United States of America is doing well although there are some candidates saying he had not done a good job in Oval office during this, so far seven years of presidency. Obama said that he is confident in sooner or later the US troops will defeat terrorism forces and earn the respect from every countries around the globe. He is clear there is not chance to be a great country without immigrants, no matter their religion, skin color or belief are. They just need to be persons with goals and skill to achieve the well known American Dream. On January the 12th, Mr. Obama speech was the last he pronounce as a President, just because on January the 20, 2017 there will be another president doing his current job. It might be a Lady or a tough guy, who knows? But Mr. Obama is confident that whoever will do his job, with the legacy he is leaving, that person can do the best for: We The People of the United States and for the better world for all.
